Road Captain Ministries (RCM) was formed in 2020 in honor of the founder's son, Steven Michael Dedeaux Jr., whose life was cut short due to violence.

Steven was a son and a father, as well as "Uncle Stevie" to almost every youth who crossed his path. His focus rested on youth because he knew that was where achieving a victory for a better life began. He was an avid motorcycle rider who loved all those around him. During the holidays, he made sure that families were taken care of! If you were in his circle, you did too by following his example. He made it his mission to keep everyone around him safe! He believed in being his brother's keeper. He left us much too soon but his vision lives on!!
